What we collect and why
Career inquiries
Name, email, optional phone, organization, inquiry type, role interest, and message are stored so our team can respond to hiring, partnership, and talent conversations.
Career applications
Name, email, phone, experience years, optional location, optional portfolio link, fit statement, selected role, and resume files are stored in Supabase for recruitment review.
Candidate task assignments
If a candidate receives a task link, we may store the submitted PDF, GitHub repository URL, candidate notes, review status, and review output for recruitment review.
Newsletter
If you join the newsletter, we store your email address and subscription status so we can send Sancromn updates and manage the subscriber list.
Website analytics
When you accept all cookies, Vercel Analytics is loaded to understand aggregate page use. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site marketing cookies.
Email and interview scheduling
We may process email addresses, event details, and attendee lists to send application messages, interview invites, newsletter emails, and service-related communication.
Security and delivery logs
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request metadata to deliver the site, prevent abuse, debug errors, and keep systems secure.
Legal bases
Depending on the workflow and applicable law, we process data because you asked us to respond, because processing is needed before or during a contract, because you gave consent, because we must meet legal obligations, or because we have a legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the website.
Non-essential analytics is treated as consent-based on this website. You can reopen cookie settings from the footer and withdraw that consent.
AI-assisted candidate workflows
Some hiring workflows can use Google Gemini to draft candidate profiles, generate questionnaires, create reports, or review candidate task submissions. When those tools are used, the prompt may include candidate text, resume or task PDF content, role context, project context, GitHub repository links, public repository context, and review instructions.
Gemini requests are sent to the Google Generative Language API with storage disabled in the request payload. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so Sancromn treats it as review support rather than a final hiring decision by itself. Local extraction modes are available for workflows where sensitive candidate material should not be sent to Gemini.
Email and interview scheduling
If we schedule an interview or meeting, event details and attendee email addresses may be processed by our calendar or email providers to create, update, or send invitations.
We use email providers to send application messages, interview communication, service replies, and newsletter campaigns.
Sharing and processors
We use service providers only where they help run this website or the workflows you request. At the time of this update, the main provider categories are:
Vercel
Hosting, deployment, infrastructure logs, and consent-gated Web Analytics.
Supabase
Database records, private file storage, and site operation.
Google services
Calendar delivery where used and Google Gemini for optional AI-assisted candidate workflows.
Zoho Mail and Resend
Email delivery for application messages, career communication, and newsletter campaigns.
Public links and checks
Social platforms, email clients, GitHub links supplied by candidates, and public search/originality checks where those workflows are used.
We may also disclose data if required by law, court order, lawful investigation, security incident response, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Sancromn, users, candidates, customers, or the public.
These providers may process data in countries where they or their infrastructure operate. Where law requires transfer safeguards, we rely on the provider agreements and transfer mechanisms available for those services.
Retention
We keep service inquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless needed longer for a contract, dispute, accounting, security, or legal requirement. Career inquiries, career applications, resumes, candidate task files, task reviews, and related hiring records are kept for up to 18 months after the relevant role or hiring conversation closes unless you ask us to delete them earlier or we need them for legal, audit, security, or dispute reasons.
Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete them, or we retire the newsletter. Interview scheduling records are kept for as long as needed for the relevant hiring or service workflow. Browser storage durations are listed above. Server and provider security logs are kept under the relevant provider settings and operational needs.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, update, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information where applicable law gives you those rights. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Visitors in the European Economic Area may also have the right to complain to a local data protection authority. Nepal privacy law may provide rights to consent, purpose-limited use, correction, confidentiality, protection against unauthorized access, and remedies for misuse.

Children
This website is not directed to children. If a child or minor submits personal information, a parent, guardian, or authorized representative can contact us at [email protected].
Security
We use access controls, private file storage, and provider security controls. No internet system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to personal information to people and providers that need it for the purposes above.

We may update this policy when the website, vendors, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date shows when this version was last updated.
