What we collect and why
Career applications
Name, email, phone, optional location, optional portfolio link, fit statement, selected role, and resume files are stored in Supabase for recruitment review.
Website analytics
When you accept all cookies, Vercel Analytics is loaded to understand aggregate page use. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site marketing cookies.
Security and delivery logs
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process IP address, user agent, timestamps, and request metadata to deliver the site, prevent abuse, debug errors, and keep systems secure.
Legal bases
Depending on the workflow and applicable law, we process data because you asked us to respond, because processing is needed before or during a contract, because you gave consent, because we must meet legal obligations, or because we have a legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the website.
Non-essential analytics is treated as consent-based on this website. You can reopen cookie settings from the footer and withdraw that consent.
Sharing and processors
We use service providers only where they help run this website or the workflows you request. Current providers include Vercel for hosting and consent-gated analytics, and Supabase for database records and private resume file storage.
These providers may process data in countries where they or their infrastructure operate. Where law requires transfer safeguards, we rely on the provider agreements and transfer mechanisms available for those services.
Retention
We keep service inquiries for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless needed longer for a contract, dispute, accounting, or legal requirement. Career applications and resumes are kept for up to 18 months after the relevant role closes unless you ask us to delete them earlier or we need them for legal reasons.
Browser storage durations are listed above. Server and provider security logs are kept under the relevant provider settings and operational needs.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, update, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information where applicable law gives you those rights. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Visitors in the European Economic Area may also have the right to complain to a local data protection authority. Nepal privacy law may provide rights to consent, purpose-limited use, correction, confidentiality, protection against unauthorized access, and remedies for misuse.
Children

Security
We use access controls, private resume storage, Supabase row level security for database records, and provider security controls. No internet system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to personal information to people and providers that need it for the purposes above.
