You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, bypass access controls, scrape protected areas, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Service inquiries and proposals

Information on this website is general information only. A service inquiry, estimate, case study, description, or website message does not create a binding service agreement.

Any paid work, delivery scope, timelines, fees, ownership terms, confidentiality terms, and support obligations must be agreed in a separate written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or contract.

Career applications

If you submit a career application, you confirm that the information and files you provide are accurate, belong to you, and may be reviewed by Sancromn for hiring and recruitment purposes.

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, employment, contract role, or continued consideration.

Candidate tasks and assessments

If Sancromn gives you a candidate task, assignment link, questionnaire, interview invite, or similar assessment workflow, you may use it only for your own application unless we give written permission otherwise.

You are responsible for making sure submitted PDFs, notes, portfolio links, GitHub repositories, code, and supporting material are yours to share and do not include malware, secrets, confidential third-party data, or content that violates another person's rights.

Sancromn may review, score, discuss, store, and compare assessment material for recruitment, fraud prevention, security, and recordkeeping purposes.

AI-assisted review

Some hiring workflows may use AI tools, including Google Gemini, to extract candidate details, generate questionnaires, summarize records, or review task submissions.

AI output is assistive and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or biased. Sancromn may use human review, additional checks, interviews, or other evidence before making hiring or operational decisions.

Do not submit sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or third-party confidential material unless it is necessary for the workflow and you have the right to provide it.

Newsletter and communications

If you join the newsletter or submit a contact form, we may send you relevant Sancromn updates, replies, hiring messages, interview communication, or service-related notices.

You can ask to unsubscribe from the newsletter or stop non-essential communications by contacting us. Service, hiring, security, and legal messages may still be sent when needed for an active workflow.

Calendar invitations

If we schedule an interview or meeting with you, our calendar tools may send invitations or updates to listed participants.

Calendar invites, meeting links, interview notes, and attendee details are part of the relevant hiring or service workflow and may be changed, canceled, or corrected by Sancromn.

Your submissions

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as messages, project details, application answers, portfolio links, GitHub links, task submissions, and resumes.

You give Sancromn permission to use that content for the purpose for which you submitted it, including responding to inquiries, evaluating applications, running assessments, preparing proposals, sending communications, and meeting legal, audit, or security obligations.

Sancromn content

The website design, copy, visuals, brand assets, code structure, service descriptions, and other Sancromn materials are owned by Sancromn or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, resell, republish, or use Sancromn branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

Third-party services

The website and related workflows may rely on or link to third-party services, including Vercel, Supabase, Google services, Zoho Mail, Resend, GitHub, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, public search providers, and email or calendar clients. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites that are outside our control.

No warranties

The website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep it accurate, secure, and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for every purpose.

Nothing on this website is legal, financial, tax, employment, or professional advice for your specific situation.
